We recently had a major problem with our company drainage and needed it sorting quickly. One call to Steve at JPS Cleaning and they had the problem fixed the very same day. The customer service and response time was second to none. Everything was very well explain to us and all work was carried out to a very high and professional level. I would whole heartedly recommend JPS Cleaning to any business without hesitation. Great service, great response time and service with a smile! Thanks Guys!
amazing service
Called JPS late on Saturday night (11.45pm), because our business was suffering from some drainage problems which caused some terrible smells. They were very polite on the telephone and had someone out to us within 50 mins. The chap that came was very helpful and professional, he located the problem after some thorough investigation and eradicated the problem within a timely manner. He went above and beyond during the work to help us solve the issue. I would highly recommend JPS as a company.
Contacted JPS following a recommendation, as we have a large factory unit which needed to be cleaned. After initially calling them, I met with Steve who visited our premises and gave us some great information and insights into the best possible ways to achieve what we required. The quotation came through to us and was very reasonable so we agreed a start date. On the start date, the JPS Operatives arrived at the agreed time and conducted the work and themselves with great professionalism. The work was completed to a great standard, and within the agreed time frame. I couldn't be more happier to recommend JPS Cleaning in the future.
