Really nice place to stop for lunch. I had a very nice wrap and coffee shake - its great to know there are places to go when you need a treat but are still trying to make healthy choices! I've also been enjoying the prepped food that is delivered to your door - very tasty with all the nutrition worked out already. Perfect after a busy day at work

Brilliant little cafe! There is a really good range of hot drinks, shakes and smoothies. The two smoothies I tried were delicious, and the hot food was really tasty as well (crumpets, salmon and scrambled egg/ bagel, cream cheese and salmon). Would highly recommend.
Fresh vegan good little bit more expensive than a standard sandwich shop bit well worth it. They have a variety of meals on offer as well which are worth a go and obviously vegan. staff are also nice and polite.
Really lovely independently ran cafe in Hull City Centre. They offer lots of different types of smoothies and shakes and there's loads of choice for gym goers and people trying to follow specific diets. They also have a brunch menu which is really reasonable and everything I've ordered has been lovely. You can also grab a sandwich, bagel, salad to eat in or take away and they cater for all diets, there is always a few vegan and gluten free options. The owners are really friendly and always have time for a chat with you.
Very friendly service on a miserable (weather!) day in Hull. Glad I chose to stop here for a quick pit-stop rather than one of the big chains. Would definitely re-visit when I am in the area.
