The usual anti Covid procedures were in place but as my visit was in the evening, there weren't many customers and it was easy to look around. There was plenty of stock, which was heavily discounted and a great price. Service was reasonably quick and I will be there again soon.

Bought some boots online marked as \in stock\, woke up next morning to a paypal refund for the boots, but Go outdoors had kept the fiver for the discount card, robbing b@*!#ds! UPDATE I've literally just received a text from go outdoors saying \you're order is working it's way through our warehouse\, seems their own systems aren't even aware they've cancelled the order, you couldn't write it

I Love Go Outdoors. It has a large choice of everything outdoors. Never fail to get what I want. I am a keen walker and skier. It also has a good childrens selection also.
Absolutely shocking. We ordered 2 single a double and a king size air beds and when the box came the king wasn't in the box. We have been into the shop where the manager even admitted it was shocking they was talking us in customer service that we had to wait 28 days for them to investigate investigate what. ?? 15 days ago I was told I had to wait 10 days for the investigations to continue then when the 10 days came to a end it then changed to 10 working days now 10 working days have passed and they want more time to carry on investigations. In the mean time we are on our camping holiday without a king air bed we have paid for.
