We couldn't ask for more; with two adjacent houses needing clearing ready for sale / return to landlord following a bereavement and relative moving into care, George's Bargains provided exemplary service. From the initial visit, staff were considerate and very efficient, leaving both homes clear of all possessions, with no damage. We trusted them with the house keys, and they were diligent in securing the properties when leaving. They eased the stress of a traumatic time, when there was so much else needed sorting out. Highly recommended.

I called George's Bargain Centre for some help & advice. My mum is nearly 80 and we had a sofa delivered and the delivery drivers were unable to get it onto living room. I called them and with minutes they were at my mums and moved it no Problem straight into the living room. Great service friendly guys and quick and helpful highly recommended these to help with removals thank you

As we have never had the need to sell any furniture before we rang George's Second Hand Furniture. We explained we were downsizing and would they take a look at the furniture we had to sell. Tony arrived to take a look and was totally fair and honest in his appraisal. A deal was agreed and a date set for collection. Tony and his lads arrived on time and immediately set about removing the furniture. They were courteous, professional and well mannered young men. I would especially like to thank Tony, nothing was too much bother for him or the young men who helped us. I would not hesitate to recommend George's Second Hand Furniture Business and especially Tony.

Very disappointed, rang a day in advance and had some chairs set aside. By the time I arrived the following day with the car, the chairs had been sold and was told that the owner \waited until a reasonable time and we hadn't shown up and that he didn't know if I wanted them for sure\. He sold them at 2pm and we arrived at 3 and we had definitely said we wanted them.
