Thank you for your false review, now let's get the facts right. We originally attended your property only 2 weeks ago (not over one month) on the 10th August, attending as previously agreed and your representative was not on site as was arranged. This wasted our time, you were then aggressive on the phone to our member of staff after we told you that we could not re-attend until the next day. We subsequently attended the next day and were again told that your representative was not available. We were shown around by a member of staff who did not know about the job or what it entailed. We are extremely good at judging whether working for a client will be more trouble than it is worth and your review only reaffirms this decision. We have thousands of happy clients whom appreciate the service we offer and who show up when an appointment is booked. On a side note, your companies attitude in relation to the COVID 19 pandemic is shameful, no staff were observed wearing correct PPE during either of our visits.
