I was expecting a delivery to Argos HEDON on the click and collect service. The vendor then rang me to say the parcel had been refused as it was too big. It was motorcycle handlebars. Over the years we have spent a lot of money with Argos but won't be any more. Judging by the reviews on here the manager is in the wrong job.

It's an absolute pain to try and return stuff here, despite the fact legally they're obligated to do so. Some of the staff were pretty condescending, going through the user manual in front of me to find any reason to not return it. Finally got a code from the manufacturer to return it to Argos and even then they weren't particularly happy about it. Real shame as I like to make use of local facilities but I'm going to think twice about buying anything just in case it doesn't work.

Horrible service in this argos. Been refused for replacement and been told to ring customer service. When i rang customer services they advised visit other argos store and i didn't had any problems in another store. The item was replaced straight away
