Absolutely fantastic, organised a Siemens Application Engineer when I was having issues with a Siemens servo. Personally, they are ahead of the rest. They do save me lots of time and bother locating oddities and they supply the majority of my preferred brands I use such as, Siemens, Omron and Wieland. What more do I need from an electrical wholesalers?? I strongly recommend AA to anyone especially those requiring items a little different to contracting. Such as HMI, plc, safety controllers and ancillary safety equipment. If you don’t get a result from the staff they really go that extra mile and know who to contact via their distribution network. My experience is of a dreadful firm who are rude, do not return phone calls, and do not want to co operate when their service and equipment fails. My advice: AVOID AVOID AVOID I resent having to grade with 1 star. Why can't I give a negative number of stars?
