After searching far and wide for the dart board stand my boyfriend wanted for Christmas, I found it here. Tyler contacted me by e-mail and phone right away to let me know it would be delayed. Since I hadn't found this stand elsewhere, I decided to keep my order even after being told it most likely would not arrive before Christmas. The customer service here has been excellent. I have not had to follow up once about the order as Tyler has kept me informed. Just got notification that it has been shipped to me and that they threw in a little something extra for my patience. A customer service. I live in NJ, but will definitely order from here again!! Happy to support local businesses that are truly there for the customer.
