Mostly quiet and peaceful, right on CVNPark, convenient access to highway, turnpike and shopping.

Very quiet place to live. Been here going on 2 months and no one has bothered me or caused any issues. Perfect location between shopping and restaurant's with country living.
Theresa the Property Manager was very pleasant and inviting. It pleased me to be accepted with open arms and welcomed to the community!
I guess if you want to live in the ghetto. Roads are bad, well water, beat up trailers , how UMH puts up with it is unreal.
If you want to live in the Peninsula \hood\. This community is not up to UMH standards. Bad roads, beat up homes. The list goes on and on. Manager lies to you about getting things done and completely ignores park rules.
