9/18/20@2100 He Ordered the Steak and I the Crusted Haddock. Food was Amazing! Steak was perfection. I liked how the cook came around and asked how everything was. My only complaint is the broccoli needed another minute to cook. & They had ran out of rice.(NBD) Will return for sure

We have been a few times now, including since they reopened after the pandemic. We have also been to other 99 locations, but this is on the way back from a visit to the doctor, so it's the one we frequent the most. The food is "comfort food" maybe slightly upscale. They are not trying to be a 'destination' restaurant, or more than just a good place to eat. Better than Dennys, but not as pretentious as Applebee's or TGI Fridays. They continue to tweak the menu, and some of our favorites have disappeared, including the shrimp flatbread. I don't know if this pandemic related or just the usual tweaking a chain often does. At this location our favorite server is Lori. She is there on Wednesday. So that's when you want to go and ask to be seated in her section. Just saying.
Waitress was stellar, haddock was fluffy and so delicious. Definitely will stop again if I'm in the area.
This was the worst experience at 99 I've ever had. We waited almost 2 hours to be seated, our waitress was spread so thin she forgot about us and was extremely rude. And they changed the Cesar salad to be ungodly wedges that we couldn't even eat. Terrible service, terrible food. Never going back to this location again
Vermont burger, chicken fried chicken dinner, maybe even the BBQ honey chicken wrap. Good people.
We came to this place for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from many people. Well, it was very nice. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.
I need to find this place in NYC. Great tasting food and cheap. We took this home but out total was 45 maybe. The chicken pot pie and cheddar broccoli soup were divine.
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and my wife ordered the Southwest bowl. The Sandwich was good but not spicy at all would have been better with peppers instead of pickles with it and the fries were cold. The southwest chicken bowl was good worth ordering. the menu needs improving for less high calorie comfort foods to move healthy food choices the Spicy chicken Sandwich would have been better and healthier being grilled with chili peppers and tomato with the sauce they use. The waitress's was fantastic personal and welcoming
