It’s very difficult to put into word how Rebecca helped me through the most difficult time of my life, made so much worse due to the restrictions of not being able to be with our loved ones in hospitals/nursing homes. Lack of information, stressful/upsetting conversations on a daily basis. My mum died the day after her birthday this year, April the 21st. My first phone call was to Rebecca. Not only did she put me in touch with an amazing Funeral Director but she helped me organise everything. She was there for me whenever I needed her, nothing was inconvenient, her knowledge is outstanding in everything that needed to be done. She made me feel in control in a challenging time of continually changing rules. There were only four of us at the funeral which was incredibly brief and held outside the crematorium, yet Rebecca made it feel special. The words she put together summed mum up perfectly, it was as if she knew her. I can’t thank her enough for her continual support before, during and after the funeral. I’d highly recommend working with Rebecca in an extremely challenging time when a loved one has passed. Her professionalism and warmth will make it that little bit easier to get through.
