Nikki's Reptiles

My kids always enjoy visiting this place. The food is really nice and good value too. The manager is a really friendly lady who has been great with arranging birthday parties for us in the past too. It can get very crowded when there are a lot families in. Mainly due to the lay out and there only being one main walk way from the reception/skate entrance to anywhere else in the building. Recommended place to visit.

I came to Playworld on Wednesday with my 16 Month Old Boy. we got there early and everything was lovely and clean with lots to do. We had Becky looking after us who explained how things were now working during Covid. She was so lovely, polite and very helpful. At dinner time it started to get busy and even though she was on her own she still made sure everyone was happy and checked if anyone needed anything at the table service. The food is the best I've had at any playgym, would come just for the food haha. We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending Playworld to my family and friends.

Have been visiting on a Wednesday for tractor and trike for a while before lockdown. About a month ago we decided to go back so my son could interact with other children again. Becky was on hand to make us feel welcome and safe explaining all the new rules and what was being implemented regarding covid. She was friendly polite and professional and could not help us enough the customer service was stop on just what you want to receive . Even though she was on her own we never had to wait long for table service all the time she has been following covid guidelines coffee is always lovely and my son really enjoys him self so perfect combination for a good morning out .

Very well organised , social distancing policy was well planned and executed. Food very good and GVFM . Staff we're very efficient and friendly.
