Kilback Bunch

I eventually managed to get a booking for my sister and myself for what became a late lunch as they were so busy. We weren’t disappointed as the food is fresh and very tasty. The surroundings are different to the average establishment in the area and the ambiance is vibrant too.

We have been here once and the food was fantastic. This review is to do with their lack of empathy and adherence to a cancellation policy. We were due to eat there today at 10am. At just before 9 we were told by a neighbour that one of our cats had been found dead. Understandably we were distraught. My other half rang to cancel our booking and explained the reason why. There was no “sorry to hear that” or any other offering. Instead, she was told, “we do have a cancellation policy and your card will still be charged”. My other half was in bits and simply said “I don’t care, I was just letting you know”. We will never darken this doorstep again with that disgraceful attitude and lack of empathy.

This place is a gem - the food is always amazing and the menu is great with ever changing specials that are really well thought out - great vegan options too. Coffee tastes great and always fresh - staff are always on point when I have gone there and super friendly always! Good atmosphere and feels great inside! Always had a good experience here - one of my favourite places to go!

Loaf Is All You Need - perfect brunch. Staff welcoming and attentive. Lots of choice for brunch and food throughout the day. I visted around 10:30 on a Thursday and secured the last table. I have visited for drinks before, but this was my first visit for food. I can easily award 5 stars - although secretly want to keep it a secret as it is already a busy place. I will definitely be back hope to actually try the yoga studio next time too. Thanks for the fantastic visit
