We visited this dealership this morning after spotting a red CLA AMG we wished to purchase. We advised the receptionist we were interested in the car. She said there would be a short wait but to take a seat. 50 minutes later no one had come to see us so my partner asked how long it would be. The receptionist said she didn’t know. We asked for a call back but upon exiting the showroom we noticed three sales people sat at empty desks with no customers. Five hours later and now the dealership is closed for the New Year and not even a courtesy call back and nor have we had since visiting. This really isn’t what I expected from a prestige dealership. I have since looked at the other reviews and lots of other people are also ignored. I really don’t understand why. In any event we will choose to make our purchase from another Mercedes dealership who actually would like our business. So disappointed as I really liked the car but I have now lost confidence in this dealership.

You knew your stuff and I was surprised to learn that you are not there full time. Thank you. Stuart - I really enjoyed how helpful you were when it came to crunching numbers. I left feeling like you had gone the extra mile and everything was explained clearly and professionally. You were also a good laugh - which is always appreciated! Thank you. Liam - Your explanation of the insurance products available was also professional and clear. I did not feel overly pressured and they way you handled it was refreshing. Thank you Neil - The handover of the car was the best I have had. From keeping me informed as to what was happening, to prepping the car under a cover for when I brought the Mrs in for the big reveal. I really appreciated this and also the fact you stayed late just before your holiday. Thank you Josh - You have again been really helpful with the after sales side of things. There were a few very minor blemishes on the car which you have been keen to resolve, providing me with a car whilst it is in and keeping me updated throughout. Thank you I will be using MB of Huddersfield in the future - I was made to feel like I was their favorite customer when I know that I have been perhaps more demanding than others! Everybody has a sense of humour and look proud of what they do. This was topped off today by an unknown member of staff walking past my car and telling me how much they liked it. i really appreciated the experience.
