I go to Aqua Med. And I find it so helpful for my recovery. The instructor is brilliant. And allows you to do only what you are able to do. I would advise anyone with a medical problem and also mobility issues to try it out.

Staff are great can't fault them but need more equipment like bands with different lengths and strengths.

Friendly staff. Good local gym with plenty of classes. Pool is popular.
