I am so happy that I decided to come to Snow Island to live for university. I was very unsure about moving away from home and on my university open day, when looking around at the different accommodations this was my favourite one! On my moving in day they were extremely helpful. I had a couple of issues when moving in and they were more than happy to come and help whenever we needed them. The staff are lovely and welcoming and especially during these tough times with the lock down coming into place it has made me feel really at ease living here! definitely would recommend taking a look here if you are thinking of moving out for uni.

Polite and welcoming staff always willing to help, good value for money and modern common room. The rooms are a decent size with plenty of desk space for uni work, the only down side are the ugly curtains.
Couldn't think of a better place to stay in my first year! Location is perfect right across the road from uni, staff are very helpful and the rooms are reasonably sized. If you have any issues the maintenence team will always come to fix them. Chelsea and Dave on reception were brilliant as well as the cleaner Leila who was always really kind! Definitely recommend.
I do not recommend this accommodation, room was full of cobwebs and spiders similarly how another residents room was full of cobwebs showing my room wasn’t the only one, Certain staff deal with issues in an unprofessional manner when an issue is raised, they come across as quite rude. There is clearly unprofessionalism and a lack of management in this accommodation, Staff generally arrive late to the reception (happened on several occasions ) so if you have an issue or problem you risk being late to your university lessons, hence I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation and would recommend looking elsewhere Thank you
