Whilst out on a cycle ride ,unfortunately my seat post clamp broke.Earnshaws was the nearest cycle shop,the guys in there were very helpful. They quickly found the correct part ,fitted it and I was on my way. Would I recommend them? Definitely yes.
Earnshaws Cycles has a TERRIBLE level of customer service. After asking for more information on E Bikes i was just greeted with grunts and huffs and when i questioned about the availability of demo bikes i was laughed at and told that there was no such thing. My reply was i was not prepared to spend over 6k on guess work and was then told that, that i was being ridiculous for even asking. Bike shop / Joke shop
