The appliances are cheap but be warned the reason is because they sell seconds. Our oven has the shelf fixings built in the wrong way round, it was cheap, good make and works but the shelves are not level and the rack falls off. So you will save money and the service is good but it will have a small fault

Found what we wanted, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, quick delivery times. Staff wearing ppe, social distancing encouraged and adhered to, customers required to wear face coverings . All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

We bought a range cooker and then 8 days later we were contacted to say we couldn’t have it as they had already sold it and only had the one. Shocking service and poor customer service skills. This was there error and they were not that bothered if the impact. Did little to try and rectify this. They did give us a refund. I will not shop here again.
