Had the worst experience at the branch in Uxbridge, was willing to spend over 500 on good I had seen in the window, I asked the ‘lady’ behind the counter if she could pull the item out so I could review it in closer detail, she didn’t want to help and went on to proceed to ask if I was buying it for my boyfriend? I can then asked her what she meant, she just said, ‘ohhhhh, I assumed’ I will then left the store and went to f hinds and spent my money in there. How dare you assume you fool. If customer service can see this, she had a Russian accent and refused to give me her name. Disgusting person!
