Had been using one of there systems for over 3 years and compared to the other one I have it by far a superior machine even thou it is running the same software as my other, Easy to maintain, easy to use does what it is suppose to. The support from the team there has been brilliant, They have even been advising on the problems we had with our other machine from another supplier. We have also bought a large CNC Router from them and that is just as good. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service I have received from HPC Laser has been fantastic. They offered very honest advice about which machine would be suitable for my requirements, explaining both the positives and negatives of each machine option. Unfortunately, the machine I decided on in the end was out of stock at HPC laser (impact of Covid-19 virus) so I purchased with a competitor. They have still been very keen to offer help and advice with this machine, which I find remarkable. I have been so pleased with their support that I chose to purchase my materials and software from them. HPC were kind enough to cut all of my laser laminate material down to bed size for free, which was very much appreciated. I have just purchased a second hand HPC LS3020 on eBay, as my second machine, as I knew how well HPC support their machines (even second-hand ones) from reading other customer reviews. Even though the machine is only their entry level laser engraver, it is exceptionally well built. Unfortunately, I damaged a small plastic part during transport. I quick email to HPC asking for the cost of the replacement component and they sent me over a DFX file of it so I could quickly make my own replacement on the machine itself. They also attached the instruction manual which was missing from the sale. You cannot say fairer than that! I am looking forward to using them as a supplier for materials and components in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them.
After my initial concerns with using HPC I'm really pleased to see that the Director of the company has taken the time out of his day to resolve the issues I have raised! I recommend that if you have an issue call direct and file paperwork after that discussion.
Appalling poor made machinery and customer service - far inferior in service and performance to other companies and a lot more expensive.
Cannot praise this company enough. I set up and ran a successful business using their machines and they are honestly rock solid. They go above an beyond to help maintain that business and could not be more helpful.
