Only suspension bridge in the world with no support pillar. Mesmerizing site to watch. Has beautiful lights at night bringing out the beauty of this bridge even more. One of the 2 major bridges to connect east and west Kolkata. Though it is very crowded on its either end, visit to this structure is a must.

I had amazing time there... mostly for my photography purposes. Sunsets are best here! I'll attach some photos for you to have the idea. Otherwise...there was just a Ghat and you can go for Boating there which is also good!
It is one of the greatest heritage in India. The beautiful design of the Cantilever bridge is stunning not only on day but its also illuminated at night with lights of different colours. I would suggest you all to take a walk over the bridge once and enjoy the cool breeze coming from Ganges and the beautiful scenery of the river.
Really a great relaxing experience I visited here 08.04.21 During NTPC exam.

Absolute beauty. A classic example of engineering. Still rock solid and carrying so much load everyday.
One of the best attractions in Kolkata. The first such bridge in India. A walk over the bridge is a pleasure with cool gusts of wind blowing throughout.
