I visited this place today.they have zero customer service and worst behavior. I am going to share this with my family and withdraw all airtel network to jio .They behave as if they are doing some favour by attending customers.Airtel is just cheating with customer.

Worst place. Visited there to activate my simcard. Denied about low range rental plans. Told me that airtel doesn't provide 399 rental plan anymore and forced me to take 899 plans. After few minutes argument, they again lied that they need to take permission from authority to recharge 499 plan but constantly denied about 399 plan. One of the middle aged employee was like he is the owner and he is doing a favour. Donot ever visit this place

Associates need to learn minimum etiquette and courtesy, the way they talk. Visited to reissue my airtel number, as I lost my phone. They refused to do so, as I haven't recharged in this month. However, other airtel store assisted me on this.
