Took my mum for an eye test - first time in this store - we saw Mr Howard: Great service - put my mum at ease - the two shop floor staff were friendly and helpful - would highly recommend this store

Fantastic, professional & seamless experience from start to finish! I haven’t been to an opticians in years and they made be feel comfortable, explained everything clearly. I’m very indecisive, the gentleman who I saw was honest and super helpful. Brilliant customer service and great range of glasses to choose from if you need them!

I give four stars because they don’t work in Sunday as is mentioned in the working times list! I have waited my time in Sunday to pay a visit to the option for new pair of glasses and I was surprised to find a locked door! If You don’t work in Sunday, remove this time window 10,00-12,00, from the website! Thank You!

My wife and I have had our eyes looked after by Howard Harris since they opened their opticians. They have always been most professional, dedicated and caring. They ensure that ones eye care is paramount. My wife and I have been completely satsfied and would not consider going any where else for our eye care. I went to this Opticians after 20 years; I now live in Atlanta, USA and had come here to visit my parents! My daughter had issues with her glasses, which I had purchased in Atlanta, USA, and Mr. Harris took the time to fix them without asking for any fees! The service was great as it was 20 years ago! WOW!!! I really say this with all honesty - it's great to have retail businesses that care about customers and not just their profits!! Mr. Harris - Thank you!
