We would highly recommend Howard Goodman to anyone who has lost a loved one as they really DO care and go above and beyond. This is customer service at its very best especially at such a sad time. We initially went with another funeral directors as it was the first one we thought of in a panic after my dad passed away. Big mistake. We quickly changed to Howard Goodman as from the moment we spoke to Martin over the phone we knew it was the right decision as he was so friendly and went into work at short notice to meet us despite it being a Bank Holiday. Martin knew exactly what we wanted and reassured us that my dad would be well looked after in his care. Martin was helpful, professional, warm and friendly and really did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and thought of every little detail. The office, lounge area and Chapel of rest felt comforting which was important to us and not at all cold and bleak as the other funeral company was. Five stars isn't enough for the service we've received! THANK YOU to everyone at Howard Goodman.

Can't recommend Howard Goodman highly enough. Their attention to detail and the help they gave us was first class. Loosing my wife was hard enough to deal with, so being able to leave all the funeral arrangements to Howard Goodman was so helpful. Even with the difficulties with COVID 19 they still managed to make our day memorable.
Absolutely amazing people, so knowledgeable in their profession. We walked in as strangers and left as friends. Thank you all for everything... Hope to see you all again.... Although not too soon I hope!!
When my husband passed 6 years ago nobody wanted to know because we never had much money but within the hour he was in there funeral home and they are so lovely I thank you tracy and howard xx
From the moment I stepped through the door, Gavin was on hand to help put my worries at ease. The service we received at Howard Goodman was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They remained respectful and had all the time in the world to help us get things just right. If you are looking for a team who have family at the heart of the service they give, and are dedicated to creating the best last goodbye for your treasured love one then do not hesitate to give them a call, I'm really glad I did.
