Me and my boyfriend were traveling to Oklahoma around 9:30 p.m. when we broke down between Moline and Howard. We had no other choice but to call the sherrif’s department. The woman on the phone and the deputy who arrived were very helpful. They kept calling different tow truck places for us to find what would be the best option. They were all very understanding and the deputy eventually drove us to a lodge in Moline that they had called to make sure they had a room for us. Everyone at the sherrif’s department was extremely helpful.
