Superb care provided in difficult and confusing circumstances, yes, the normal menu wasn’t available, yes, each person entering the room had to have a fresh apron and gloves on each time entering even for a knee reconstruction, but everyone was brilliant, adapting and seemed smily behind the masks. Turned an anxious situation into an almost pleasurable experience. Thank you very much.
