Natural Balance Therapies

I've had several osteopathy sessions with Matt, and it has impacted me in such a positive way. My neck pain is all but gone, after several years of it quietly being a part of my life. He gave me a great stretching program to take away with me, was great at asking questions and taking COVID precautions. I always felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommended practitioner for anyone who wants to tackle those neck/back/shoulder pains for good.

I've been to Natural Balance Therapies several times for osteo (with Matt) and massage treatment (with Lolly). It is a lovely space, both Matt and Lolly are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. With the new guidelines and circumstances I felt very safe there too. Would highly recommend and will certainly keep going back!

I had the post-surgery manual lymphatic drainage massage with Nathalie. Her knowledge and experience was clear, putting me at ease right away. Overall, massage was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend.

I had my first appointment with Paul for a trapped nerve in my shoulder / elbow. I found him to be very professional and informative. The treatment was intense, but just what was needed. I would certainly go again and recommend to others.
