Got seen as soon as i went in. I was a bit scared at first. Was put at ease by the nurse. Loud hoover sound and gentle tickling of one ear at a time. I could hear it getting louder as it got cleaner. Took ten minutes for both ears. Ears feeling tingly. Things seem louder. Only 10 minutes after treatment. If I needed my ears cleaned again, I would definitely go back.

I recently visited the clinic after being told by my GP that i could no longer get syringing done with them and that going private may be the way forward. I was a little apprehensive however was very happy with the treatment carried out and how professional it was! I will definitely return if need be.
If I could make this no stars I would. Was due a refund from this company but instead of refunding they took the payment again without authorization from myself to do so. I am still waiting to see proof that the two lots of payment has actually been refunded. Manager couldn't care less that I am out of pocket 200 pound 100 more than they should have taken, no bother for the Bill's I now cannot pay until I get this refund. Was told the refund would be immediate yet it is still not here, promised a receipt for refund to be emailed but took my chasing up to be misinformed again I have to wait for post to see proof of whether I've even been processed this refund. Would warn everyone off, this company just steals your money, has atrocious customer service and little interest in taking any responsibility. DO NOT USE.

The service was fine - good microsuction to remove earwax. But I was a little taken aback by the cost. 95 for a treatment that lasted no more than 5 minutes at most. I realise that there is capital cost for the equipment, but even so this cost seems extremely high - when compared to other specialist treatments (e.g., optometrist). Hard to recommend for this reason.
