Very happy with my recent appointments. My dentist soroosh was great and explained everything in detail and I am no longer in pain. My hygienist visit subsequently wasn’t as bad as I feared. I’ve avoided going for 5 years, I will go more regularly now. The surgery was very clean and reception staff were friendly and there was fancy machine in surgery that purifies air which is reassuring for Covid times. Highly recommend practise.

I went to this practise to see a very good dentist called Thomas Cuenca Jimenez ,the work he did to remove a broken crumbling tooth damage by own dentist was excellent . My Problem was with the administration team. It was almost impossible to contact them and when i did manage to speak to them they were badly informed and trained. I did ask how I could claim the cost back and they told me they would give me a receipt which they did. Imagine my surprise when I was told by BUPA that the dentist was not registered with BUPA . I contacted the Practise Coordinator who initially thought I was right that I should have been informed of the fact that I would be unable to claim, and put to her managers my suggestion that we should both pay half, but after talking to her manager refused to take any further action . So my Review is Dentist /Surgeon 5 STAR , Administration 1 STAR and that's for turning up .
Normally a good dentist practice but recent service has been appalling and has made me very angry. And there's no reason to blame it on covid - many other practices are working fine and near enough normal! So been waiting probably for 9 months for a check up, which got cancelled 2 or 3 times before due to staff absence. Today was supposed to have the appointment finally, but was turned away at the door, after standing outside in the cold for 15 mins and my kids missing an hour of school. I was told if my sons covid test comes back negative (he had a cold) then we can still attend, which is what we did as it was negative. But at the door they said the appointments were cancelled already and we weren't supposed to be there. Absolutely fuming. Now I'll have to wait probably till January for more appointment slots for me and my kids. Utter rubbish. I may look at leaving here and join another practise. And they're IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of over the phone!!! Stay away.
This is best! Dentist place i have ever been.
I am currently sat with my housemate in tears over how she was spoken to at this practice. To have someone suggest you were brought up in a certain way and being compared to how they look after their child in a superior way is nothing less than unprofessional. I assume she paid a fair bit for the privilege of being spoken down to so I would urge people to think twice before booking here. The dentist also felt the need to speak poorly of the NHS and I think that says just about everything.
