A delivery service that leaves a note that it wasn't possible to deliver without even ringing the doorbell can't do much better than 1/5. Once the mistake was made it then takes another 7 days to redeliver. Would be very happy to never use them again and couldn't recommend any other service strongly enough.

Terrible company, no respect for clients! I have waited for more than a month for my delivery, and the delivery person simply did not show up. I had to stay in for the whole day cos the company cannot tell you earlier a time frame less than 9 am to 6 pm (basically, any time during the whole day). Apparently, he/she called me once when I was shortly away from my phone and then just left in the next second. I am expected to wait for two hours at my door step checking my phone every second to catch the delivery. No other calls, no doorbell ring, no email to let me know when exactly the person is coming. As far as I know, the person was not even there, I even checked the entrance out the window. I got a vague email that the delivery is on its way AFTER the delivery person has already left! And then quickly about an 'unlucky' delivery and that I can reschedule the appointment for more than two weeks time! They don't even have any normal contacts to deliver a message or a complaint, the chat does not work, the emails are basically absent, the calls are not free and no one answers the call if you phone.
2/2 orders via AMP went wrong. No comunication from their side. Their customer service is overloaded, or AI tells you - nobody is avaliable. Anyway they wont fix anything. We did not show up? So make a New appointment. Yeah, next week. No, we dont fix anything, even we did f-it up. You just have to wait. Now f-off. edit to the reaction: you had to contact me as the issue occured. I had to ask for a second day off and make another appontment in the que, so it was not a next day, as you would like to fix that. its just 4 days later. edit2: update to 3/3. so delivery guy did not show up at my door and i got this mail response: Wij hebben uw product retour gestuurd naar T-Mobile, uw bestelling zal dan direct worden geannuleerd. Congrats AMP, I am so proud of you!
Today 18 February, your colleague was delivering our order from Tmobile: a new Iphone. well, tried to deliver. There was mistake in the system (whether yours or Tmobile): payment status was not correct. we tried to explain AMP fellow that it is not true, however he did not want check it, did not call to Tmobile or AMP for the details. He literally said: have a good day and left. he just cancelled the order (we knew it from Tmobile). We called Tmobile right after that, but the order was already cancelled. Finally tMobile can not give us the money back because the third party (AMP) cancelled it, and the payment (1300 Eur) was lost as a result of action of your couleague : we waited for a new phone for 10 days (it supposed to be a gift for 14 Feb and ordered 9 Feb), do not have it, and stuggling with T-mobile returning our paid money back we think that AMP put a shadow to its name and the name of TMobile we were really dissapointed and still need to solve consequences of AMP delivery worker who did not want to spend 3 min to call his service center.
Absolute worse company of all time. They offer the worse costumer service ever. They don't pick up their phones, once they do, they hang up on you even if you wait an hour. Then they offer a call service charge for 0.90 EUR a minute. When brought up to the company, they say \we are really sorry we are aware of it\.. you are aware of it? Seriously? Lol how about instead picking up phones? Not enough staff? Hire people?! Basically I bought a phone from tele2 but they don't have an option for non Dutch identification and therefore AMP won't hand out the phone because I have German ID eventhough Germany is a EU Member state. Neither tele2 nor AMP is willing to communicate with each other and then just apologize and say sorry we can't do anything. So for all foreigners that read this, don't waste time on tele2 or AMP, you will never get your phone. Better to wait until stores are open again.
