UT Physicians Pediatric Surgery – Texas Medical Center

The doctors, PAs and nurses are nice enough and I’m happy with the care my son received from his surgeon, but the actual clinic is awful. We have been going here for more than a year and every time we wait about 2 hours for a 15 minute consultation. It appears they schedule about 3 patients at the same time, and the doctor is always running behind. You get seen based on what time you check in, so why even schedule appointments if it’s first come first serve? Our last appointment was scheduled at 9:30 and we did not actually see the doctor until 11:35. That’s two hours waiting with a wiggly toddler. I had scheduled an OB appointment for myself at 12:15pm thinking it would be plenty of time to make it over, but had to cancel due to spending more than 2 hours waiting here. Terrible service. If I could go somewhere else I would.
