I abosulutely love Dr. Amkomesey, Dr. Scott and Dr, Egwin, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. The only person in that office who is willing to help their patients is Ms. Martha. He needs to get rid of the entire staff. I don't think that they realize they are working in a doctor's office and with that comes questions from sick individuals. I don't want to be placed on hold for a year and a day or being told by another staff that you have been busy all day and asking me what do I want. REALLY?!?!?!?!?!? I have called and tried to get signed into their portal, no luck. The office manager promises that she is sending me the link to both of my emails and to this day I have never received anything. With that being said, don't let the office staff deter you from being seen by a GREAT GROUP OF DOCTORS.
