Whoever the man/woman is that’s creating the clever electronic billboard content in Houston for TXDOT and all over Texas deserves a raise. It’s very entertaining and is helping to lighten the mood of frustrated drivers sitting in traffic for hours every week. On behalf of Texans in the booming Lonestar state, we thank you. 11/10 would recommend.
It seems TXDOT doesn't ask before authorizing Infrastructure Projects in Texas. Washington D.C. needs to be notified when these Engineers only do what they want without Authorization from the ACOE.
