My son called to see if the dealership could have a car brought in for a car show his school was hosting. Unfortunately they were not able to but Brandon invited my son, Lavi, to come in for a tour. We went by today and Brandon was amazing. Lavi was treated with the respect and service a person coming in to buy a car would. This was an absolute amazing and went above and beyond what Lavi or I expected. Brandon is amazing and we appreciate the time he took from his day to show a 10year old car fan around the show room. Thank you so very much!!

2nd time coming. The first time I gave this place 1 star because of the horrible experience. Today was a total turn around. Absolutely AMAZING experience!! The sales guy was such a sweetheart. Was totally down to earth and fun. He knew we were not buying, not even close. I explained we were there to let my 10 yr old admire and dream. He was so kind and let us see inside the cars, unlocking them and even let us sit in one. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the WONDERFUL experience!!! Absolutely 5 star rating!

BEWARE!!!! The service department is beyond horrible. They are completely disrespectful to their customers, I called in advance to schedule an appointment for my Bentley which only has 17k miles that had an issue with the windshield washer not spraying, the power steering and a few warranty items. I was told that there is a 2 week wait or I can drop it off and one of the service technicians can see when they can get to it. So I deiced to drop my Bentley off the next day, They then called me the very next day and told me it was ready to be pick up and that I had a 2,000.00 bill when I asked what the bill was for the service advisor then stated a service was recommended on my Bentley because it just turned 3 years old. This service was done WITHOUT my permission and this blows my mind that they would think this is ok. I then asked about my power steering issue they said that they did not check it. When I asked to speak to someone to explain this I was juggled around from each service advisor to the front desk receptionist and even the GM. Chuck the main service advisor then tells me "whats the problem you don't want to service your vehicle?" Where and when I want to service my vehicle is up to me sir not you, the service were also things I have changed myself such as the cabin filter and air filters with my own mechanic using original Bentley Parts. On top of that the windshield washer stopped spraying the very next day which when was "repaired" and it barely sprayed when I received it back from Bentley, I was charged an additional 200 for this. I took it to my personal mechanic and they repaired it properly for free and it now sprays properly!! What upset me is that my Bentley is fairly new and did not need most of the things listed on the service cause it was already done. I still have my power steering issue which I initially took my vehicle in for. This service department is out to make a quick buck.. Stay as far as possible from these guys!!!
