The owner is rude and uncaring. If the shop is at fault for not completing all parts of the order, the customer will be blamed and treated as if they are in the wrong. I was just looking for a sincere apology and the part I was missing. When we called several times, we were told that the part was in the bag the whole time. We were treated as if the missing part was our fault and that we were lying about the missing part. In the end, I was told that I could come back to the shop to get the missing part of the order. I’m so sad and heartbroken after the treatment that we received yesterday that I can’t even make myself go up there because I know I will again be treated horribly. So now I’m left with a shield that I can’t use. I noticed one other review that stated similar treatment but I ordered anyways because I always believe that mistakes happen and I believe in supporting small businesses. However after speaking with multiple friends, they have had very similar experiences and were also treated unkindly. I wanted to leave a review so that others were aware of the poor customer service. I’m sure that I was looked at as a customer that wouldn’t be returning but in fact I already had plans of putting in another order. I hope that others read this review and do not receive the same treatment.

***Please do not shop here*** There are plenty of good small businesses that are owned by kind and genuine people. This shop treated me horribly and did not rectify the situation. Part of our order was missing and when I called to mention this the owner was rude and accusatory. I’ve never been talked to like this before. I told her I’d take back what I got and wanted a refund. She didn’t give me a refund. So now we are stuck with just glasses and no shield. If you want a shield you can get them for half the price at Hallmark. They’ll engrave them for you too.
This shop is adorable. They have great gifts, cute clothes, and the service is great! She has great designs and rushed an order for a bunch of teachers! I love stopping in here!

I wanted to support the cute new neighborhood monogram shop in my neighborhood but ended up having a terrible experience. First they did a less than desirable job on my monogram but the worst part is that when I spoke up about my disappointment (very courteously I might add) I was greeted with a total lack of sympathy. In fact at first the owner of the shop acted like she couldn't even see the mistake although it was plainly evident. I was told that she would not redo it because that would be too much trouble. Then she offered me a refund and then said on second thought she would only give me half a refund (we're talking a measly 6.50 here!). Then she couldn't even figure out how to refund my money so I left with nothing. I could go into much greater detail but suffice it to say I won't be going back. I was excited to see such a sweet little shop in my neighborhood but was really offended at the awful customer service (by the owner of the store at that! and not to mention my 50 bag that now has a sloppy monogram on it).
