My aunt and I had an awesome experience at Hub Hyundai of Katy. Cody took care of my aunt and put her in a top of the line Hyundai Genesis with all the bells and whistles. She loves it and drives more now than she did before. My aunt is retired and they gave her the perfect deal for her income. I went in for a car, but was hit with a few roadblocks. Nina Lee worked diligently to get me in a vehicle and her professionalism is top notch! I will recommend her to anyone shopping for a vehicle. She was very honest and didn’t give me a run around. I wish knew about her when I bought my first vehicle. She cares about her customers and is willing to work with you in any situation. She made this the best cut buying experience of my entire life. Now I know who to go to when the time comes for another vehicle.
We just bought a Santa Fe here and our sales rep was Cody Greer. He made sure we were comfortable with what we were buying as far as our finances went. He was very helpful and understanding especially with having our little one with us. I will definetly recommend Cody for all your car needs.
I want to thank Davide. A friend of mine recommended me to go this dealer. Within minutes I got a call from Davide. I explained that I was looking for a first car for my 20 year old college student daughter. I also explained that she was willing to fill out any form in advance but that I wanted to minimize the time and exposure we were going to have at the dealer due to Covid-19. He send forms, we filled them out and within a few hours, he called to say that she was approved for a brand new Hyundai Accent all on her own. We picked the color and features over the web. We drove to the dealer and Davide brought the car with a giant red bow on the hood, a customized license plate, playing her favorite music group. We could not believe the attention to detail. Car was immaculate, and loaded with extra features that we were not expecting. We walked in to the finance department, all papers were pre-printed. My daughter signed all the copies, we were in and out in about 10 minutes. I wish all my car purchases would have been this easy. If you are in the market for an affordable new car and want to skip the hassle or sales pitches.... go to HUB of Katy and ask for Davide., and yes.. his name is Davide not David. Awesome customer service.
Came in with a friend to help him get a car... though his situation wasn't ideal and we didn't get it, the staff were great and extremely transparent, from sales all the way up to finance. Would buy a car from here if they had something i was personally interested in (of course not their fault).
