From what my fam tells me who is on probation, The officers are very caring and understand they have been so kind and treat you with respect. They have made it easier, we all make mistakes and we appreciate the way this office treats people. Thank God for the people who work here

4.5 years so far, done everything asked, no violations and staff won't help with any needs or concerns. Your just a number if your doing what is asked of you. They only care and spend time on/with you when you mess up! This is the front page of their website and is straight lies ! They do not treat you with respect even thou i been going here 4.5 years for a marijuana case \first drug case ever\ and have had no violations and have done all they have asked, no criminal activity at all. they treat everyone like their lifelong criminals. And they will not take 1 extra breath to help you . Vision Statement We strive to accomplish our mission by: Using interventions that are designed to effectively reduce criminal behavior. Using assessment to accurately identify and target criminal risk and needs. Recognizing the ability of individuals to change. Treating all individuals with respect and dignity. Creating an environment that encourages learning and professional growth. Values Respect – We believe all individuals deserve respect and dignity. Knowledge – We are dedicated to create an environment that encourages learning and professional growth. Ability to change – We recognize that all people can change regardless of their past. Collaboration – We acknowledge the importance in understanding our role and working with other community stakeholders to help address our clients’ holistic needs.

From my personal experience I have nothing bad to say about this place I come here on a monthly basis show up get through my appointment pay my balance online print out my receipt, and move on. If anything my probation officer who I wont write her name down for this review has been very nice, and helpful to me always asks if I have any questions or concerns since the beginning she gave me the instructions what I needed to complete for my probation and, boom completed them with no hesitation, no violations nada I write my next appointment on my phone so I wont forget, and the only two times I have called to double check the dates on my appointment the receptionist ladies have been very helpful, and they even send me alerts text messages on my phone two days prior to my appointment so I wont forget.

I have emailed and left vm for my PO and no return call, I do not know how people that have full time jobs can go sit for 3 hours to spend 3 minutes with their PO and then another hour for a drug test. I am in jeopardy of losing my job because of no return calls or emails, a read receipt does not even pop up so I know its not read.
