I ordered the game truck for a thanksgiving gathering for family and neighbors and was impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness of the shiny new game trailer, and cool details. The attendant was great with the all the kids of various ages. The Adults love playing the retro arcade games, photo booth and karaoke machine. They arrived on time and stayed later than scheduled so we could keep having fun on the karaoke singing and dancing the night away. Highly Recommended.

I read the reviews online about this places & the 5 stars. Decide to surprise my son for his Birthday. However this was a terrible idea the truck is very nice & has every game for kids to enjoy . The service is terrible very unprofessional. The truck was late to my party & left early . I called to discuss this issue & nothing but the run around . Nothing has been done for the inconvenience of my time . I paid for 3:30pm -5:00pm. Didn’t get that all . I had to call 2 times upon arrival to see where the truck was located because I didn’t receive a call saying they would be late . The driver arrived at 3:45 & left & 4:40. I was on the phone with the company as the driver sent my party back into the house & just left without speaking with me .I go out to speak with drivers & they just keep driving with no care in the world for how they have ruined my son’s party. Extremely unprofessional & yet issue still haven’t resolved the issue . I’ve called several times & gotten the run around . Says he will call back & doesn’t this is ridiculous. I will be going to social media so this company won’t ruin another person birthday or party for the lack of unprofessionalism. I really thought this company was good from doing my research. The way I was treated makes me feel like this was complete racism & nothing is being done about it .. I was blast this on every social media platform to get the work out on how disappointed I am.
