My son had the privilege to be Dr. Lai's patient. My son was admitted into the PICU. Dr. Lai shows compassion to his patients. My son had a lot of medical issues going on. When Dr. Lai and the staff made their rounds each morning. I was ALWAYS included in the discussion. He always made sure that I understood what was going on with my son. He is a top notch Dr. I would refer anyone of my friends or family to Dr. Lai if he had a private office. Thank you Dr. Lai for taking care of us.
