Extremely long wait to visit with the Dr. For five minutes. For a specialist her questions were very generalized. Dr. Karam ordered testing and the office never called with the results, even after repeated requests. I could not recommend this doctor to anyone. My daughter is still very sick and I will be looking for a more thorough, compassionate doctor.

This facility has poor customer service ediquette. My child was refered back on October 10, 2018 for a contrast ultalsound and a normal ultrasound which was initially written wrong by the Dr. The representative at check out noticed it and instead of addressing the issue while i and the doctor were both present they left it as is until scheduling called and noticed the error and were not able to schedule my son due to age. This error delayed my sons ultrasound by 2 weeks and in the 2 weeks I called the facility in numerous occasions being told and promised a call back. It’s been 3 weeks since the initial visit and I still have not heard from this facility not a courtesy call or a follow up call. The staff as well as Dr. Karan who we saw are incompetent and lack customer service skills. By far the worst experience ever with Texas Childrens.
