We called this Dr. more than 2 times to try and ask a question about ours sons medication, not once did they ever return our call until the following day. We are glad that it was not a life threating situation we know that they have other patients as well but it does not take no more than a few minutes to return a call or message us back. Texas Childrens hospital and Drs. in our opinion are getting worse by the day.
Horrible customer service... I had a referral for my daughter to see the dermatologist. I called to schedule an appointment. The wait time was very high and once they answered they hung up. I called back again and waited a long time. Just to be asked to verify my address. I gave them my last two address the most recent ones I remembered and they said that it was none of them. last time I visit this place was probably 8-10 years ago, I don't know what they have on file. I was able to verify everything else but still she was useless to assist. Then the lady said my daughter will have to wait 2 months to be seen and by the time she is seen she will be over 18. Useless people they have in customer service or reception, whatever the case. Never again going back to this location.
We’re so grateful and pleased to have Dr. Roth as a Pediatric Urologist for our son! He and the staff did a great job of providing care! Our experience was at the Wallace Tower of the Texas Children’s Hospital, which was/is a clean and well organized facility.
He is the Jame of a persons.. god bless him.. amazing dr never seen
