This was one of the few open places near my home. I happily ordered and went to pick up. I checked the bag to ensure my order was complete and one item I requested was not on there. I let the cashier know (assuming I hadn’t been charged so she could just ring it up separately). Instead of doing this she argued with me that it hadn’t been ordered because she hadn’t written it down. I ensured her that it had been ordered because I was sitting with my wife when she placed the order. Instead of accepting that we had ordered it she argued more. I haven’t even tasted the food yet, but the poor excuse for good service has left a sour taste in my mouth.

What a great and clever way to incorporate two different food types. The place is rustic and the food is pretty good! Portion size is good. I got the beef kebab dish with marsala sauce on the size for dipping. My brother got chicken and waffles and he said it was delicious. Plenty of outdoor seating as well.

Food was mediocre to okay. I got the lamb vindaloo.

Don't waste your time and money! Went recently with my wife. At the first, we were very impressed with the menu options showing online. When we arrived the place seems pretty busy, It sad thing that they only have ONE person helping people. The guy serving was doing too much, assisting at the bar, serving tables, cleaning, and taking orders. The only person working was that poor guy doing everything with no help. I'm not sure if this is in a day thing but I wasn't expecting that on a Saturday. On the other hand, the food quality was okay, the mix of seasonings was not that great, avocado on a hamburger tasted too old and it was black that was disgusting! the food presentation was very poor. The most important thing, my wife and I noticed that the restaurant owner doesn't implement the rule of a MASK during this pandemic. We noticed that people walk in without a mask, bar stools are placed at the bar, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING is in the place. The restaurant owner was behind the bar without a MASK, attached is the picture of the restaurant owner. Never coming back to this place and dont waste time on going there at all...!

The food is of average quality, but well overpriced. I have been to better Indian restaurants with better quality and quantity. The concept and naming is nice, and that is the reason it has not been scored lower. It may be a favorite in the Montrose area, but there is much better in Houston.
