I have been here for a 1 year in a half and when I tell you they are the worst apartments I have ever lived in!! If you are trying to save money these apartments are not for you! I thought I could save but I wasn't able to. Moving out in a month and can't wait. If you are moving here get ready for a constant train in your ear every 30 minutes, strange maintenance people barging in your apartment with no English skills, water turned off abruptly for 7 hours or more, and air conditioners going out. Not to mention the nastiness amd trash that will be left outside by neighbors and peoples company They are not worth it!!! Good luck and good riddings for me
Pros: - Metro 5514 has better management than the old Cityside Crossing - Comcast/XFinity is faster than accessmedia3, even if they are literally the worst company on the planet - Spacious apartments (1300-ish sq/ft) for decent price (1000-ish) Cons: - We got burgled since we were on the first floor (get renter’s insurance if you decide to live here) - We heard about 3 people that got burgled over the 2015 holidays - I was second hand witness to a robbery that happened inside the gated area - THERE IS NO POOL - do not be fooled by the website, I repeat - THERE IS NO POOL - It is all a lie! - We had to deal with an apartment flooding issue a month after moving in after a pipe burst on the third floor.. Could potentially mean shoddy initial construction. - Pests. Even if the exterminator comes, it hardly does anything to fight off anything already inhabiting your apartment.
