Don’t waste your time here. If your child is sick you will have to take them to the ER or urgent care as they never have appointments even if your kid is sick.
Steer clear of this clinic! The only thing they are good at is wasting your time. I had an appointment at 4:30. I arrived on time and yet I was left in the patient room for 45 minutes at a time. The doctor was asking us a million questions as if she didn’t understand the request for a simple TB test. Are you even qualified? Can you show professionalism? Not at this clinic. Also, I needed a Hep B titer. This request caused the “medical professionals” to leave us unattended once again for atleast 30 minutes only for the nurse to return with a referral to a lab that she said we could walk too. When asked about the closing time, she stated that it was closed. So, how do you refer a patient to a closed lab knowing I needed the titer that day. An apology was not even granted and I left the office at 6:00 pm. Keep in mind we were one of the few patients remaining.
