It an awesome place to come and have a couple of drinks and there food looks good. They are open now. I know they were closed before because of the pandemic. But a good lively place. Happy hour only consist of drinks for now I did hear they probably will add food to the menu. Also, they do have live band which add more flavor to the place. Take it from me I am top 10% reviewer for Google. Please come and check it out and have yourself a good happy hr and weekend brunch. I didnt take pictures of the place but I am going to make a YouTube video and include the restaurant in my video. Please follow "Time to Explore the world".

Food was fantastic but they seemed understaffed and it took quite awhile to get seated and get our food/drinks... Updated to 5 stars after seeing owner's response. Will be back again soon!

Joaquin our server is very patient and friendly. It was my first time at a place like that. I liked the atmosphere, decoration, the set up of the restaurant, and of course the delicious gourmet food options. Out of my comfort zone I ate different dishes I usually wouldn't eaten. The price of small dishes to share is affordable and a reservation is suggested.

Stepping into the ambiance of Batanga was like a mini vacation. I enjoyed the delicious food choices, colorful atmosphere, and courteous staff. Joaquin was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit and look forward to returning soon!

We were a party of 4 sitting in the patio. I really liked the vibes, and we could hear the really nice live music playing from the inside. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that many of the items were not on the menu. This happened when we ordered appetizers, entrees, and even drinks. Over half the items that we wanted were not available, which was really upsetting. The server explained that their delivery trucks had not been bringing the food on time lately. The food we did end up getting was decent, but we will not be returning.

Batanga back again and as bad as ever. I stopped going to Batanga way before the pandemic because the food was below average and management is probably the worst in the city. I only give business to small business so decided to take some out of town guests for a tapas night. You will be lucky to get your meal and if you do you will be missing silverware and your drinks. To make matters worse the cup I was given for water had lipstick stains on it. Sad to see such a great concept (Spanish Tapas) be slaughtered (management/staff). Southern hospitality really flew out of the window here. Take your money and spend it at another business that will appreciate it.

I went for brunch today with two friends. Every dish we received was dirty. The items were brought to the table staggered but each person ordered for themselves we did not order shared dishes. One of our friends did not receive their food by the time the other two had finished about 35 minutes between the first dish arrival and our decision to cancel the last order. Another friend never received their soup. The waitress was kind but new. Will not be returning.

First timer...I Chose patio seating at reservation BEAUTIFUL DAY!! We sat up on the elevated patio which was extremely dirty. (Please wipe down chairs & PLEASE SWEEP BEFORE OPENING!!) The waitress helped me find clean seats and a cute little table. We ordered a carafe of sangria. The carafe was dirty with leftover mimosa bits(we ordered sangria). The waitress took care of it immediately, bringing a replacement. He ordered shrimp tacos, I ordered lobster bisque Benedict. His tacos came out(2shrimp per taco), I continued sipping and enjoying the ambiance. 15 minutes later a waiter came by with a bisque flight and offered to leave it because he saw me sitting with no food. I accepted it. Lobster in bisque was boiled to hell, tough, more like a dried crawfish than lobster(I stopped after the 2nd flight). He finished his tacos, still no food for me. I continued to wait as I watched table after table receive their food. Finally, I canceled my order. The waitress was accommodating and made sure that the bill reflected what was eaten. Maybe it’s a bad day. I see other guests are smiling and eating. Too bad I didn’t. Maybe next time... I’ll come back for sangria and the patio
