Really good local restaurant with excellent service and equally good food. The busy but well distanced lunch crowd was a deserved indicator of the quality. We particularly liked the smallish but thoughtful menu. My fish and chips was delicious and my companions loved the lighter soused mackerel and beetroot dishes. Recommended. 4.5*
A real gem of a restaurant. We ate here one Friday in August and it’s really good. A great range of small dishes, all done well, exemplary service and not very expensive. Nice atmosphere. Go!
Housman's was recommended in our cottage guide so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Staff were pleasant and friendly whilst adhering strictly to the covid 19 guidelines. Food was amazing! The best burger I have ever had! Cannot recommend enough.
Fantastic food and friendly staff, not much more to be said! Good Covid measures in place to keep customers and staff safe.
