Unfortunately, as most of tenants probably, I faced an unfair agent, where I had to seek for advise / help or at least get some information - I'm impressed the way this team works! From the first call, Martin understood my case and gave me a very confident conclusion, assuming, that agent is manipulating. Then he directed my inquiries to the right department, where I started dealing with Aisling Cunningham, Housing Adviser. Yes it took me weeks of time waiting and replying and waiting again, as agent never given clear responses to her emails and queries. Finally things where sorted out. Thanks Aisling - she didn't leave a chance for a wrong decision, as she studies and analyses each and every sentence.
