Quaint little restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. The Assam fish and the beef rendang are absolute must haves
The ambience are good for get along gathering.. The food wise are kind off just average some food salty, some tasteless and only few dish only taste good.. But the price are kinda too high n portion are extremely too little.. Service staff are not good at all..
Brought my parents to try this place for the first time. Called to make reservations for lunch. Not too crowded. Seating is comfortable. Tried these items: Babi pongteh - good Giam chye duck - quite salty soup Ayam buakuluak - nice Ngoh hiang - ok Chap chye - ok Bakwan steam minced pork - can't make it, unfortunately. Assam fish - ok. Plus steam rice, a pandan tea and lemon grass ginger tea (served in small teapot) We could not finish the assam fish and serving steam rice and my mum requested for it to be packed for her. Service was friendly and responsive.
Keeping coming back to this Petit eatery for their authentic and home cooked cuisine. Recent additions to their menu....Ayam Lemak and Prawn Nanas are excellent. They still serve the best Curry Fish Head, Buah Keluak and Nonya Chap Chye. Interesting List!
Superb address in one of the most iconic neighbourhood in Singapore, Tiong Bahru. I highly recommend this place, welcoming, and most importantly the food is authentic and delicious - I personally really enjoy their Rendang! The : if you’re a wine aficionado, you will be able to discover some great and under the radar wines. Simply a great restaurant.

The restaurant started in the 80's and is now a restaurant chain. I love Peranakan food and is the first time trying out the food here. I would give the quality of food a 4 star rating. The place is well decorated but the place is a little cramp and the table is very small!!!. I would give it a 2 star rating. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. If you want to savour good food, this place is great. If you want to have a more relax environment and enjoy wine, I would not recommend this place.
