I have found a hair dresser after 10 years of searching. Amazing guy called Ben, he listens and does not try and make me deviate... Makes alot of effort in our appointments because I am a pain with stuff like this and leave it until the last minute. We have great chats and made me feel at ease and not like I had to... Try something new... Which is common place in hairdressers. I have been searching for so long, and found someone who appreciates the individual
lovely, friendly staff. I was recommended HOH by a friend, last year, and haven't looked elsewhere since! Rob does a beautiful job with my highlights. I don't live anywhere near the salon (nearly 10 miles away) but I don't mind making the effort to come in, as i know the results are always perfect.
Just had an amazing haircut with Ben and back for a colour with his colleague on Saturday I felt totally welcomed and listened to. Will be recommending everyone I know
I had a bad experience at House of Hair. The good: Generally friendly staff and a very easy to get an appointment. The bad: I was really disappointed with my haircut. I long bob cut, which I was generally pleased with. My hairdresser then offered to 'shape it around the face', but was clearly in a rush and speedily cut a very short chunk out of only one side, leaving me with an uneven fringe. I was clearly confused when I realised how sort and uneven it was, but rather than trying to fix it, or even it out, I was rushed out of the building as quickly as possible. It was clear I was unhappy but this was ignored in favor of getting the next customer in. I have spent the last month working out ways to hide my uneven semi-fringe, which has now started to grow back. I won't be back, but appreciate this may have been a one-off experience.
