I made an online order. They delivered to the wrong address and the item has gone to waste. I made the order 2 weeks ago but they only emailed me 4pm the day prior to delivery to check the address as there had been an error on their website. When I tried to speak to them about it being the wrong address they were dismissive, ignored all my points and unhelpful... essentially trying to dodge any responsibility for what happened. Would steer clear from any online orders! Updates following their response; See their response below... this is exactly what I mean - no consideration for my point of view, defensive and giving long replies of irrelevant points. Needless to say I didn’t see a refund.

I booked this restaurant under the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. It was the only restaurant that had a booking earlier than most. I then had some qualms because as soon as I scanned the menu on their website, I was wondering if there would be anything I would actually like to eat there! My worries were totally unfounded! There were very 'British' dishes, but there were some authentic, rustic dishes on the menu that both myself and my husband chose to eat. We concentrated so much on the main meal, we both completely forgot about the side dishes, which my husband would have benefitted from, but we shared the tastes of each main meal & enjoyed them both. The welcome from the whole team at the restaurant was warm, welcoming & very relaxed & Damian & the kitchen team's skills & expertise in the creation of our dishes was just lovely. I had the duck with pearl barley & my husband enjoyed the salmon with beetroot, followed by poached pear with orange & raspberry syrup & the chocolate mousse with ice cream & (I'm sure it was described differently on the menu!) candy floss!. The restaurant had a great ambience, both inside & in the garden. The experience was well worth the 'punt'!
My food was good, but wish to had a bit more salad. Atmosphere was nice, sad it was cold inside. Girls who served our table was lovely, no complaints for them. Unfortunately 3 of my friends could not enjoy their food as it was very salty...
Amazing pastrami sandwich. Really good flavours - one of the best sandwiches I've had. Love it.
Lovely find. Great food good service. 5 star awarded here. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Thrice cooked fat chips are lovely, along with the pulled pork roll.
